Choose useful questions
An evaluation should begin with the experience a team wants to understand. This fictional note focuses on whether participants can find guidance and contribute to discussions with confidence.
Read measures in context
A single count rarely describes a whole community experience. This sample proposes considering written feedback alongside simple activity measures, without presenting invented statistics or claiming measured results.
- Define what a positive experience would look like.
- Include feedback from different participation routes.
- Explain the limits of any future findings.
Questions for reflection
Which part of this example could help your community? What would you change to make the information clearer for someone joining for the first time?
